Developed in 2008, this programme assists employees in achieving work/ life balance and maintaining their mental health through the support of our in-house psychologist.

Established in 2011, employees have access to a fully equipped gym.
We invest in employees’ physical well-being by facilitating frequent medical check-ups by our in-house doctor for a nominal fee.
Health and Life Insurance
We offer Sagicor Life Insurance and Sagicor Health Insurance to our monthly paid employees.
Home and Auto Insurance
Employees have the option of bundled deals and discounts by taking Home and Auto Insurance with Beacon Insurance.
We offer financial support via our partnership with Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) and Scotiabank, which visit regularly to provide loans and packages to employees.
We also have a ground breaking programme which offers loans to employees online.
Canning’s Credit Union
Offers a variety of services inclusive of the opportunity to become a shareholder. The credit union provides loans, mortgages and health care as well as a Family Indemnity Plan (FIP) and Term Finance to employees.

Employees are eligible to weekly discounts and sales on most of the products that we manufacture and distribute.
